Our Cousins in the East Kingdom, announced our attendance at Birka on their website, and in the Birka Pamphlets. We received a very warm welcome from the Baron Keziah & Baroness Deirdre of Stonemarche and were graciously assigned a liaison, The lovely Lady Solvieg, to see to our needs. Acre was represented well, recognized often, and treated with grace and warmth.
There was an assassination attempt on Her Grace, Queen Tara, by a group of mercenary fuzzy bunnies, but after the attempt failed, the Queen and the fuzzy bunny tribe came to an arrangement, and contact information was exchanged for future mercenary needs.
Count Douglas Du VraiCouer won the Birka Heavy List competition, making us all very proud.
We were invited into court by their Majesties East, King Matthias & Queen Feilinn at which point the long standing Treaty between Acre and the East was signed. Lord Malcolm MacKenneth, Lord Eamon Grey, and Lady Ismina Di Salaparuta brought the historical Acre Treaties in to Court to display to the Crowd.
